Three Retainer Agreements to Fit Your Needs
(based on a minimum three month agreement)
These are for clients wo would like to use our services on an on going bases!
Plan 1 Retainer of 20+ hours per month 10% off
Plan 2 Retainer of 40+ hours per month 15% off
Plan 3 Retainer of 60+ hours per month  20% off
 Any additional hours will be billed at the discounted rate. These discounts apply to our regular rates.
Nonprofit Organizations will save 10% off all services including retainer agreements.
 
All of the above packages are for clients who wish to have a retainer and are paid up-front. 
Leftover hours may be carried over for 30 days only.
 
 We will be happy to make special payment arrangements for well established clients.
 
We would also be happy to give you 1 hour free off your next project by referring friends, other business, etc... ( the hour free applies only after services have be rendered and paid in full)
 
Our Policies
We must have a signed contract before we can begin any work!
 
We accept paypal, and money orders.  At this time we accept personal and business checks for clients who use a retainer.
 
We send out invoices on the 15th and the 30th of the month. Payment is expected within 7 days of receiving your invoice other wise we will charge 5% interest on payments received after the 7th day.
 
We send out retainer invoices on the 30th of the month for next month services. Payment is expected by the 4th of the month other wise we will charge 5% interest on payments received after the 4th .
 
Unused retainer fees are non refundable, but we will be happy to offer additional services.
 
When we perform services for large projects, payment must be received in full prior to the release of the full project. We will send you some of the project for your approval before you send us payment.

Please note: * Additional cost maybe added for reimbursement of our "out of pocket expenses" for items that are needed in express for client projects. We will not make any purchase without your authorization. All copies of receipts will be included with your invoice.

3 Delmar, Delaware kids turned their hobby into a business to raise money for their college education

7 year old Anastasia Williams is a second grader at Delmar Elementary, with the help of her sister Orianna 5 years old a Pre-kindergartener also at Delmar Elementary and their 2 year old brother Elijah have turned a fun hobby in to a business called J and J gifts Central.
The 3 started this businesses in the hopes of raising money for their college education and their future. They started this business on March 21st, 2005.
On their website you will find beautiful hand made items such as bags, adult and children’s jewelry, hair accessories, household items, frames and more! They are adding new items to their website everyday, and they will wholesale their items to other businesses and will soon begin a drop-ship program.
Although their website is still under construction you can still purchase items and see how beautiful their products are.
