Virtual Assistant Services
If you are a new client, or one of our regulars
we
must have a signed contract before we can begin any work!
We accept paypal, RME and money orders. At this time we
will only accept personal and business checks for clients who use a
retainer. We do charge a $35 fee per check that is returned to us by our
bank
We send out invoices on the 15th and the 30th of the
month.
Payment is expected within 7 days of receiving your invoice otherwise
we will charge 5% interest on payments received after the
7th day.
We send out retainer invoices on the 30th of the month
for next month services. Payment is expected by the 7th of the month
otherwise we will charge 5% interest on payments received after the 7th
.
Unused retainer fees are non refundable, and do not carry over.
When we perform services for large projects, payment must
be received in full prior to the release of the full project.
We will send you some of the project for your approval
before you send us payment.
We Service Businesses worldwide but if you are outside of
the US please email us for more information, as our billing practices
are different for clients outside of the us.
Please note: * Additional cost
maybe added for reimbursement of our "out of pocket expenses" for items
that are needed in express for client projects.
We will not make any purchase without your
authorization. All copies of receipts will be included with your
invoice.
Full
Payment is required for large projects as well as website design. We
will be happy to discuss this with you further.
Please note: We will be
glad to do a pay per project service for you, but we like to let you
know that the pay per project such as a press releases are meant for the
person who bought the service and not meant to used by multiple people!
If you ask us to
write a release just for you. But you have a down line we
do not allow everyone in the down line
to use the same press release, as a means of not
paying to have
your own done, unless a prior agreement is made with us first.
It is only
fair!
If we see this
happen, we will have no choice but to take further action!

Website Design
The client must provide all text and images to be included on the
websites. The client is also responsible for any images, text or
information you provide. The client must make sure that the information
you provide is not copyrighted. New Wave Design will not be held
responsible for any copyrighted information you provide!! 100% of the
total price must be paid for upfront before we begin any work, if your
project is under $1000. If your project is over $1,000 we can make an
arrangement where you can pay 50% down. The 50% upfront is your down
payment, once we begin any work the down payment is non-refundable!! The
remainder is due before we upload the site to the server. If the
remainder is not received the website will not be released or uploaded
until I am paid in full.
If you purchase a website using our limited time $50 down
program. There are certain rules that must be followed. You must use
our servers to host your site. If you want your site hosted else
where then you can not use our $50 down program. You agree that if
you use our $50 down program our fees are non refundable. A down
payment of $50 or more must be received before I do any work. You
agree to make monthly payments on your site (monthly fees vary). If
you fail to make your monthly payment your site will be shut down
until the monthly payment is received, you will then be required to
pay another monthly fee upfront. (for example: your monthly fee is
$25. You fail to pay for the month. You would like to keep the site
now you will have to pay $25 for the month you miss plus another $25
as a late fee.) Your site will then be turned on. The monthly fee
will be a subscription basis via paypal and will be billed every 30
days. If after 5 days of receiving your invoice we do not receive a
payment your site will be shut down and the late fee will be added.
We will not accept any other forms of payment for the $50 down
program. You may have your site for as long as you like after the 3
months commitment. As long as you pay your monthly fee the site will
be on our servers. You must sign a contract before I do any work.
By hiring me you agree to all of my terms and I may change them as I
see fit. You also agree that I don't give out refunds and I may use
any work I do for you in my portfolio!
